Where do I make the payments?

What is not Covered by the Maximum Care Auto Extended Warranty?

Any wear and tear items such as: tires, belts, hoses, brake pads and shoes, brake rotors and drums, clutch and clutch assemblies, any moldings, glass, plastics, body and paint, snow plows, trailer hitches, winches, and any maintenance services and items listed in such services.



What do you mean by 12 months same-as-cash?

We mean zero interest- 12 months same-as-cash is free financing. We offer you the ability to pay for your extended warranty over a 12 month period with no finance charges. When you get a quote, the payment option listed is the cost broken down into 12 equal payments, (first payment due at signing). You can take advantage of the free financing just by checking the appropriate box on the order form.



What happens if I sell or trade my automobile before the extended service contract is finished?

There are two options:
If you sell your automobile, you may want to transfer the remaining warranty with the automobile. For a small charge, the extended warranty is transferable to the next person. That will make your automobile more valuable at the time of sale, because there is an extended warranty available to the purchaser.

There is also the option of being refunded for the remaining amount of the warranty. Simply provide us with the current miles and date of cancellation, and you will be refunded, on a pro-rated basis.



My automobile has 35,120 miles and is just under 3 years old, can I still purchase an extended warranty?

Yes! Chrysler has just added the option to purchase an extended warranty after the original warranty has expired. If your vehicle is less than 3 years old and has less than 36,000 miles on the odometer, you can purchase an auto extended warranty with a minimal surcharge.
